I never went to prom. Or, like, any dances. Which is probably for the best considering I hated my appearance in high school, but I'd be all up for dressing up now.
So:
I'm leaving for Georgia on the 29th and staying there for 18 days. While there, I get to attend a Mad Men party ( so excited to dress up), a release party for UWG's literary journal (I attended the school years ago, really happy I get to be there). Then I get to come home, turn 22, and then head off to Hawaii to see my aunt whom I haven't seen for about 10 years with my grandma and my other aunt. And I get to fly first class, which seems pretty fun. I plan to be drunk anyway because flying over the ocean is terrifying.
Anyway, I'm pretty excited about all my forthcoming adventures. But I need to do some serious work in the next few days to alleviate the schoolwork load for when I'm gone.
We had an annual Christmas Ceilidh but it wasn't really an invitational thing. The focus wasn't so much on who was going with who as who was drinking before and after the Ceilidh and where.
Just got back from a two-day stay in the hospital because of chest pains. Why in the woooo life thread? Because I don't have any heart problems! Now I just have to find out what was causing chest pains, from the center chest, into the left shoulder and back, and the left upper arm. What fun!
