I am having the same issue. I wake up around 3 every morning tossing and turning dreaming horrible nightmares in a half asleep uncomfortable anxious state. :ugh:

I usually have nice, sometimes REALLY nice dreams. But, if I sleep too long, like more than 8 or 10 hours, my dreams turn out very much like yours, Jessie. They don't scare me the way they did when I was a kid, but they leave me feeling like crap for several hours after I wake up.

Soft and squishy! Much better than hard and boney. Hang in there queenie. BTW, how old did you say you are? If you are as young as I think you are, why do you feel old? I can understand anyone feeling dumb and lonely at times, but feeling old? I feel old a lot of the time, and I'm almost 63, yet I know a 90-year-old who still works as an inventor and programmer. He makes me feel ashamed for feeling old. :confused:

i think the old thing around 30 is just the result as the "how i'm a grown up woman (man) now", you just come through heartbreak, job etc... and probably your sister's baby ring the bell inside your head and you feel down not to reproduce yourself. i never thought babies or mariage reflect personal accomplishment, but i feel like you the struggling of being 30. except can hug you too, i'm also plumply as a comfy pillow and i can make duck noise when squeezing

Well, it is a real word, but it's an adverb. Technically that was a grammatical use - "I plumply am as a comfy pillow", i.e. "I am, in a plump manner, like a pillow" - but it'd be quite unusual.
