Okay. As most of us are perpetually without money, I am instilling a 20$ (15 euro) limit. This includes shipping. I will try to keep people on their side of the prime meridian, unless you want a specific person. Come on people, sign up!

After about two weeks, I will close registry. Then I will PM all the participants with their matches. The three rules are 1. Don't spend more than 20$ or 15 Euro and 2. All gifts must be mailed by the end of December and 3. Post pictures of your loot.
