Feel so, so ugly.
Been finding it increasingly hard to leave the house because I feel so insecure.

perhaps it's summer breaze, when you have to wear little, light clothes and can"t hide behind. It's just a moment queeny honey, feel free to stay home for a while, just go out for necessary schedules. You're not ugly cos you're but cos you're feel it, as you're not ugly, you just have to recover your self esteem, take care of yourself at home, face mask, good scented oil, a fresh bath wiith basil leaves, naipolish, coconut oil hair mask. Something good for you, for the nose and the eye

I did go out in the end and went swimming. My confidence level is a little higher today. I was really nervous going swimming for the first time in a long time but it paid off.

You are lovely

We always put too much pressure on ourselves I think to be beautiful and perfect, its easy to get a little lost in that and forget the important stuff.

but when you can't fit into society's expectations you have to find a different way. I suffer from the judgement about my overweight but, even when i was a chilld i wear colorful and weird clothes, only my mother fights with me to put me on dark clothes. I'm lucky to have this eye, and my sister too to find good shape for me and it changes everything! i didn't wear babydoll dress anymore, no flat shoes, no plain red etc...then i discover how to make my body good looking. I'll bee a stylist for sure :lol:

plus a good haircut and haircolor and go on! the important is not to please to people but to have the sensation to please to people, that means please to you before

to swim is a perfect way to feel better, lighter, hidden in water, fresh and smooth sensation, smooth endurance, perfect choice

i'm suffering for one week to the orst backache i ever undergone...it's midnight i'm really tired and it hurts as hell, i'm just crying and hope pills try at one point...just want someone to tell :cry:

my poor cat got into a horrible fight the other day, he is all scratched up and everything. A new cat is trying to come into our garden I think. My other cat was on night watch, just sitting on the shed looking all vigilant, though were was he when the fight was happening?..... :lol:

I keep noticing pages in my "likes" on Facebook that I never "liked" or even heard of. This seems to happen every few months. I'll change my password, but then I'll eventually notice it happening again. Has this happened to anyone else? I am not sure if it means someone/something has gotten access to my account, or if it's just some kind of glitch with FB. I read some help topics and it's also been theorized that it could be FB's fucked up way of advertising...orr some kind of weird worm/virus thing...in which case it sounds like it'll just keep happening. Maybe I need to delete my account and start over... :sure:

If it's a worm you need to get rid of the worm, or it'll just do that whenever any account is logged in to Facebook on your computer.

Oh, I think I know what you mean. Some Facebook friend of mine tend to like or share the same stupid video ( something like "omg, look what this guy did to his little sister!" and nasty stuff )...and I was always wondering why they did this until I found out that they never saw that video...strange.
