Hi guys, I'm happy to read these things and I'm sorry that I posted the sad news in the Wooo life! thread
But Wanbli, you're right. They didn't said I had too little potential. They said this:

First we thought about letting you in, but since there was so much competition and only room for so few students, we decided not to. Your score on the theory test was too low and we heard too little progress in your music compared to last year (this is the first time I applied for this school but last year they accidentaly heard my music when I payed them a visit). Still we would like to invite you for the preparation study, in which you learn what is needed to come in.

I don't know what I will do. If I'll try again next year I'm gonna feel a lot of pressure, but this school is offering exactly what I want to do...

I don't know the best thing to do, but I hope you figure it out soon. Of course you should chase your dreams and whatnot, but I think perhaps sometimes there are alternative paths that are maybe not so intuitive? Anyway, I wish you luck, you're so wonderful.

@gerben, you need a slap! they absolutely not said you've not enough potential, they said the evolution is too tiny and theorics are a lil bit wick, you just have to work harder theorics and why not undergo the kürz course to embrace new paths for the creative evolution, so yes! prepare it as hard as you can and if next year you fail again, then...we'll see...

I was thinking: I could leave writing music as a hobby for a while. There's something relieving about that thought: I can make music for myself without worrying about whether I'm good enough or not.
