I love Iceland sooooooo much. Amazing for photography. If it wasn't so damn cold I'd live there!!

I've also been to Iceland. It was nice - not a lot going on, but nice. I didn't spend much time in Reykjavik, but I'd like to have spent more.

Yesterday I moved to a town near Amsterdam so that my study there can begin. I'm all excited :hyper:

I checked out the big centre today. I got in touch with a guy from Argentina who was catholic and we had this conversation about the Vatican view on the use of condoms. His opinion (if I'm correct) was: when you use a condom it means you are just going to satisfy the desire of your body: this is wrong. It was interesting imo!

I love conversations like that. I was talking to my very catholic friend about abortion (I am pro-choice). We were having a respectful discussion, and in the middle of it she starts crying.
'you how I told you I was raped? well I got pregnant. He threw me down a flight of stared and punched me repeatedly to abort the baby that I wanted to keep.'
I felt terrible! I never would have said anything had I known that!

And in Swedish class, for our weekly debate, I suggested the topic of assisted suicide for those suffering from terminal illnesses. Luckily, I was on the side of the debate that happened to correspond to my personal beliefs (go for it). After the debate was over, my teacher asked us how we actually felt. We all went around, talking of Kevorkian and human rights and blah blah blah. Then one girl starts crying 'My mother had very serious breast cancer two years ago. She said that if the chemo didn't help, she'd go to Switzerland for assisted suicide.'
Once again, Ursula made an ass out of herself.

Living in Anvers in the 9th, I really like the area. I'm pretty sure I'm gay but some of the Parisian women may turn me yet, I've not seen a city with such a great collections of arses (both genders) pretty much ever.

I went to a classical Japanese concert. It was nice though I was glad when it was over: my ears hurted

the music they make is really like a knife in your ear, a pleasant knife. (where have I heard that before..?)
