Welllll I was a little tipsy last night! But Ann I guess I sorta suck socially, don't have anything to say and I find small talk so hard. I always look on in awe as other people talk, very jelous that I can't do that, I'm quite happy to be swept along with it to be honest but people get upset if you don't talk.

I've decided to be positive about it, taking the existential approach and being responsible for myself and my own personality.

I can't change what people think of me but I do genuinely like these people and hopefully that will be enough!

I have so much free time on my hands. I wish I could get together with my friends, but they have lives.

I'm the same. When people are talking, I listen and think, "Do I have anything to say about this?" and nine times out of ten the answer is, "Nope." If someone comes up to me and says, "Let's talk about the Khoisan farmers of the early second millennium AD," I think, "Yessss"; if I'm in some kind of social context and the only people I can find I don't know well and don't know me well enough to change the subject and they're talking about something like... sport, or what they did last night, or something on TV that really doesn't merit being broadcast, or... (I don't really know what people talk about mostly), I think, "Noooo". And then usually get drunk till I don't really need to think about what I'm saying. I mean, I don't want to spoil their fun by barging in on their conversation and telling them why it's boring and they should be talking about something more substantial, since that's called being an ass, but I can't usually think of anything else I'd like to say about it, so I just stay silent.

i'm part of this blabla people always open my fuckingly big mouth, and most of the time get in troubles cos of that, i lived with a girl who was a close friend, extremely shy who never spoke in public and well, not so much in private, but she was smart, cool, kind and have a strong mind, my actual boyfriend is the same, he never spoke, probably few words in private, but he's also kind, smart, tender, and most of all, as my friend, very sensitive, like a wild animal he feels tiny difference in the world that most people never see and it's very precious i think. sometimes i regret not to be a little bit more calm.

@tom, when i come next month, i'll provide good stuff from alsace, and a tons of tenderness! hope you'll invite me in your tiny apartment(room i guess) where do you live?

Yeah I really like Steve too. He's definitely really thoughtful and just seems incredibly genuine which is unusual on the internet, but luckily not here on this forum. I have a lot of affection for all y'all guys
