Should we ask Lina to promote more moderators

Pretty self-explanatory. We have 13 registered voters, but presently we have no agreed quoracy level. I think with 13 voters we'll just count whatever votes we get and assume the others are abstentions.
The poll will run for four days so that we can contact Lina and get the forum fixed quickly. That's hopefully enough time to give active members time to vote.
If you haven't already, it'd be helpful if you could put your name down in the voting register so I can get an idea of how many active voters there are for future reference.
